City Eye is pleased to announce that we’ve once again been selected to deliver the BFI Film Academy Short Course, running from October 2024 to January 2025!
Students attending the course will engage in screening activity across Southampton Film Week, as well as kickstart their career, connect with industry professionals, sharpen their skills, and make a film!
To apply for the BFI Film Academy, you must be aged 16-19 and submit an application via the City Eye website.
BFI Film Academy Short Courses are delivered at locations across the UK and supported by the Department for Education, National Lottery, Screen Scotland and Northern Ireland Screen. This programme is part of the BFI Film Academy Short Course, South West Consortium. A BFI funded programme led by Watershed in partnership with Somerset Film, City Eye and Screen Cornwall.
