Southampton Film Week is proud to announce the films that have made the official selection for SFW: Shorts 2021!
First of all, we’d like to say thank you to everyone who submitted a short film to this year’s competition, the Southampton Film Week team really enjoyed watching all the great films from across the globe of all different forms and genres. We have created our 15-film shortlist for the three categories of Best Fiction, Best Artist Film and Best Documentary.
We are delighted to be able to present the SFW: Shorts official selection screening and awards ceremony as a live event this year after being completely online in 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. The competition screening will launch this year’s festival on Friday 5th November.
The full Official Selection will also be screened online later during Southampton Film Week, details to come soon.
